Automotive Paint Spray Guns for Every Skill Level

The Spray Source carries spray guns from entry-level to professional-grade, covering every budget and application type. Whether you're painting your first car in the garage or running a production body shop, we have the right gun for the job.

Spray Gun Tiers

TSS Spray Guns (Budget/Entry) — Perfect for beginners and DIY painters. These HVLP guns deliver solid results at an accessible price point. Ideal for learning technique and completing your first vehicle paint kit project.

Walcom & Devilbiss (Mid-Range) — Step up to finer atomization and more consistent fan patterns. Walcom guns are a favorite among enthusiasts who want pro-level results without the premium price tag.

Sata & Sagola (Premium/Professional) — The standard in professional collision repair and custom paint shops. Precision-engineered for flawless atomization, minimal overspray, and all-day comfort.

Fuji (Premium HVLP Turbine) — Self-contained turbine systems that don't require a compressor. Great for mobile work or shops without large compressor setups.

Choosing the Right Nozzle Size

Nozzle size determines how much paint flows through the gun. For Alpha Automotive basecoats and clearcoats, use a 1.3–1.4mm tip at 21–29 psi (HVLP) or 45–60 psi (conventional). For high-build primers like the AP-7541, step up to a 1.7–2.0mm tip.

Luma III Spray Gun Lighting

See what you're spraying — Luma III lighting systems attach directly to your spray gun, illuminating the surface as you paint. Essential for seeing metallic lay, pearl orientation, and wet film thickness in real time.

Pair Your Gun With the Right Paint

Every spray gun in this collection is compatible with Alpha Automotive Paint products. For complete vehicle projects, check out our Vehicle Paint Kits — they include everything from primer to clearcoat.
