SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within  1-3 business days under normal conditions and not during sales or high volume times (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Certain exceptions for items fulfilled by other companies, not TSS. Mixed paint (custom colors, oematch, etc) can take 2-4 days to be made depending on the mix line. When you receive your order, check over the contents and confirm everything is correct and nothing is damaged. If there's a miss ship or damage, let our team know ASAP so we can take care of it. Once your contents are used or its past our 10 day return window, we are no longer liable.

"Skip The Line - Priority Processing"  can be added at checkout which does NOT speed up ship times but DOES speed up fulfillment by adding you to the priority fulfillment que in our warehouse.

INSURANCE POLICY

For insured orders using our third party provider, Order Protection: Please file the claim here this covers lost, damaged, or potentially stolen packages & products. This is a separate company - TSS Takes NO responsibility for lost or damaged orders after it leaves our facility. This is on the carrier and insurance company.

For uninsured orders (orders the customer declined the insurance): TSS Takes NO responsibility for lost or damaged orders after it leaves our facility. This is on the carrier and customer to handle. 

Proof docs can be submitted to the carrier if needed from us to the carrier & can assist any way we can but TSS will not reimburse or reship items unless reordered. At checkout, you agreed by declining insurance you are liable for any lost or damaged orders and products.

You will see the message below once you decline or uncheck the box for Order Protection during checkout.

SKIP THE LINE - PRIORITY HANDLING

This ensures that your order is processed and handled ahead of others, prioritizing your order in the queue. However, this service focuses on faster processing within our facility and does not include expedited shipping. While your order will be prepared more quickly, the shipping speed will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will also tell you the estimated delivery time, please keep in mind our processing time. 

Shipping is free to the Lower 48 for orders $500+ on all items

We ship paints to Alaska Hawaii, however, free shipping is not applicable.

How do I check the status of my order? You can track it in your account page or chat with us on the website!


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Spray Source is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@thespraysource.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, please don't choose a UPS option if using a PO box. Only choose USPS.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Issues with an order need told to us via chat email or call within 24 hrs of the order being delivered. This goes for wrong items, damaged items, and lost items.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 10 days after receiving your order, if the item is unopened, unused, unmixed, and in its original condition. We will refund the order amount minus processing and shipping fees.

Opened, used, or mixed paint is NOT eligible for return. This includes spray cans, basecoats, OEM paint, and any other mixed or activated paint products. Additionally, the following items are not able to be returned, refunded, or exchanged: pigments, body fillers, compounds/polishes, gift cards, clearance items, customized items (engraved spray guns, customized paint, etc.), painted samples, or any open/used items (unless the wrong item was received).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@thespraysource.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellations and returns are subject to a 2.5% purchase processing fee + 2.5% refund processing fee, plus shipping both ways, to be deducted from the initial order payment. These fees cover our transaction fees from the payment vendor used (credit card processing, PayPal, etc). These fees do not apply to incorrect items you received.
