2. Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by The Spray Source. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that we suspect are fraudulent. You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission; however, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is fulfilled and shipped.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. The Spray Source uses industry-standard fraud detection tools and reserves the right to cancel orders flagged as potentially fraudulent without prior notice.

4. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including color formulations, coverage rates, and application specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. Automotive paint colors may vary depending on application conditions, substrate preparation, equipment calibration, and environmental factors. The Spray Source is not responsible for color match outcomes resulting from improper application or conditions outside our control.

5. Professional Use & Safety

Many products sold by The Spray Source are intended for use by trained automotive refinishing professionals. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that you have the appropriate training, equipment, and safety measures in place to handle and apply them safely. Always follow the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product instructions provided. The Spray Source is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from improper use, storage, or disposal of products.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Spray Source is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders (including Canada, Mexico, and other countries), you are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state of Illinois.
