CarPro Descale Acid Wash – Revive Coatings & Remove Mineral Buildup

CarPro Descale is a powerful acidic car shampoo designed to remove mineral deposits, hard water stains, and traffic film from both coated and uncoated vehicles. Over time, minerals accumulate on the surface, reducing gloss and interfering with the hydrophobic properties of ceramic coatings. Descale effectively dissolves these stubborn contaminants, restoring smoothness, water beading, and shine.

This pH 6 formula is perfect for quarterly maintenance washes, neglected vehicles, or as a prep step before decontamination and detailing. However, it is not recommended for regular weekly washes or waxed/sealed vehicles unless re-waxing is planned.

When to Use:

When NOT to Use:

❌ If your car has wax/sealant & you don’t plan to reapply.
❌ As a regular weekly wash – Use CARPRO Reset instead.

How to Use:

1️⃣ Dilute 1:100 for bucket wash or 1:10 for foam sprayer/spray bottle.
2️⃣ For light contamination: Apply as snow foam, let dwell, then rinse & hand wash.
3️⃣ For heavy contamination: Wash panel by panel, let Descale dwell (without drying), then rinse.
4️⃣ Repeat if necessary, then rinse thoroughly.
