Order Values & Insurance Rates Examples:

Order Values 0-$99.99 : INSURANCE COST $0

Order Values $100-$399.99 : INSURANCE COST $3.99

Order Values $400-$499.99 : INSURANCE COST $4.99

Order Values $500-$599.99 : INSURANCE COST $5.99

 

All order values above $399.99 adds $1 in insurance cost for each additional $100 in value
