High quality cleaner HR-398 is for safe cleaning on fresh paint or paints that are lacquer or not fully cured. Great for interior panels too. This formula uses 25% IPA and also acts as an anti-static remover. Cuts down on dirt in paint jobs! Nothing safer or better! USE HR-397 Final Wipe for pre-cleaning
